The intention of this web page is to present our innovative invention the Universal Gripper (later referred to as UG) – a method to grab, hold, turn and move different types of objects in different kinds of industrial or everyday environments and situations. Our patented invention has an extremely wide scope of protection.

 

The unique grabbing method can be used for lifting, moving, turning or just holding different kinds of objects such as tubes or pipes in for example oil, gas, chemical industry, production lines, military and laboratory applications. It offers also an extremely reliable alternative for the traditional lifting slings in construction, transport or installation operations.

Owing to its extreme versatility and scalability the UG method can even be applied in producing secure and safe applications like keeping baby carts safely steady and fastened in public transportation. 

 

The UG can be attached to almost any kinds of platforms where it can be applied using two or more joints. Owing to the multiple joints the UG can be used to grab also non-cylindrical objects. The movability of the held objects is restricted only by the platform the UG is used with.

 

The UG is an internationally and widely protected (WO/2017/174856) innovation and it has been found unique during the PCT-application process. Our latest patent has been approved for the USA (US patent No. 10627013) and China (patent No. ZL20168008442 9.0) and EPO (patent No. EP3440389).
